If you suspect that your child would benefit from Educational Therapy please send your request to Clare at clare.ffanw@gmail.com. Once your request has been received, a consultation will be set up to discuss your concerns.
Students who may benefit from educational therapy may be one or more years behind academically. They often have difficulty in the areas of reading, comprehension, developing ideas, writing, working memory, auditory, or visual processing. In an effort to grow skills, help students decrease their frustration, and find success in the classroom and elsewhere, educational or cognitive therapy may be recommended. If you suspect that your child may be in need of these services please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Email Clare Kozushko at clare.ffanw@gmail.com to set up a time for a phone call.
Step 2: Meet with the head of the Newberg Campus or Sherwood campus to discuss concerns regarding your student
Step 3: Discuss option for a formal psycho-educational battery of testing or FFANW intake testing.
Step 4: Set up a time for our FFANW intake testing with Clare Kozushko at clare.ffanw@gmail.com
Step 4: Submit all previous testing to clare.ffanw@gmail.com for review.
Step 5: Meet with your Head of School and test administrator to review results and discuss an academic plan
Step 6: Incorporate therapy into the student's schedule
Initial Testing: $125 for FFANW students/ $195 for non FFANW students)
Educational Therapy Fees for FFANW and non-FFANW students: (60 sessions)
Prices for educational therapy are based on 60 sessions/year. If your child does not receive 60 sessions, the cost will be prorated.
Two 60 minute sessions/week: $1650 per semester (FFANW students)/ $1815 per semester
Two 90 minute sessions/week: $2,475 per semester (FFANW students)/ $2722.50 per semester
